1, Air Pump

   Grand mix with more air to a sofer and smoother ice cream. Offering high overrun 70%-90%, save cost of mixture material
2, Pre-cooling system

   Separate hopper refrigeration, by separate compressor solenoid valve to precool mix and maintain mix below 4.5°C.
3, Keep fresh system

   During long nouse periods, the keep fresh system maintains safe product temperature in the mix hoppers and freezing cylinders.
4, Rainbow system
   Adding syrup to ice cream, make tasty and colourful ice cream.
